Here are the Latest Patch for DSS Professional and DSS Express V8.2.0, and the DSS All-in-one DSS4004-S2 and DSS All-in-one DSS7016D/DR-S2 Revised Version.

You can check the【DSS Software Version List V8.2.0】in the attachment to get the lasted version of DSS product.

For DSS Professional V8.2.0:

1.      Where to get DSS Professional Fix Pack：

2.      Main Fixed Bugs(you can get more details from release note of Fix Pack):

• After configuring a center recording plan for general videos, the platform would acquire video stream for pre-recording so frequently that videos could not be recorded normally.
• On the Device Config page, the incorrect number of channels was displayed.
• Parent platforms could not play back videos on subordinate platforms.
• Parent platforms could not view live videos in sub stream on subordinate platforms.
• The intelligent alarm channel was always the first channel for a device added through the Hikvision protocol.
• The incorrect information was displayed on the Alarm Input Channel page when editing the channel information of a device added through the Hikvision protocol.
• It timed out when the PC client was trying to control a PTZ camera because it was uploading visible range data frequently.
• The types, colors, and brands of motor vehicles were incorrectly displayed.
• ln LAN and WAN mapping, logs could not be downloaded in local networks.
• All logs were downloaded when you downloaded the DAMS logs.
• Devices were offline after being automatically registered to the platform and redirected.
• Videos recorded by devices added through automatic registration and stored in the platform were missing.
• It occasionally failed when downloading SOSO logs.
• The network drive was recovered after an error occurred during operation, and the platform was unable to correctly mount and use the disk.
